Booking & Reservation

All bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Confirmation is sent once deposit and written approval are received. Remaining balance is due Seven (7) days before event. Unpaid balances may forfeit reservation.

Payment Methods

Accepted payments: Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Debit/Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. Include event name and date with payment. All invoices include itemized pricing and details.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7+ days before event receive credit valid for two (2) months. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Credits may be used once toward bookings of equal or greater value. Reschedules depend on availability.

Setup & Breakdown

Team arrives 45–60 minutes early for setup. Area must be clear, level, and powered. Outdoor setups require cover or shade. Additional fees may apply for stairs, distance, or restricted access. Breakdown begins immediately after scheduled time.

Service Duration & Idle Time

Service starts at contracted time. Extra time may be added if available and billed hourly. Idle time can be added at reduced rate and must be arranged in advance.

Travel Policy

Free travel within 20 miles of base. Events beyond incur travel fee. Overnight stays or long distances may add fees.

Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for damage or theft caused by guests, staff, or vendors. I Love U 360° is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused by misuse.

Media Rights & Usage

By booking, client grants permission for I Love U 360° to use event photos or videos for marketing or social media unless notified otherwise in writing. Clients receive full digital access to all files.

Outdoor & Power Requirements

Outdoor events require flat, shaded, weather-protected setup area with access to a 110V outlet within 50 feet. Generator rental available if needed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, access info, and ensure safe setup area. Venue restrictions or delays may limit service without refund.

Weather & Safety Policy

In case of extreme weather, setup may pause or relocate for safety. Refunds are not issued for weather delays beyond control; credits may be considered.

Photo & Video Delivery

Videos and photos are delivered within 48–72 hours. Custom edits or overlays may take up to 5 business days. Clients receive digital folder for easy access.

Code of Conduct

Professional environment is maintained at all times. Service may end early without refund if staff faces unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

Agreement

Submitting booking form and deposit confirms acceptance of all company policies.
