Cancellation Policy

I LOVE U 360° — COMPANY POLICY Thank you for choosing I Love U 360° — where every spin becomes a showstopper. Please review our short but important policy to ensure a smooth, unforgettable experience. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bookings are confirmed once payment and written approval are received. Cancellations Cancellations made 7+ days before your event will receive a credit valid for 30 days within event booking. Within 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Setup & Space We arrive 45–60 minutes early for setup. Please provide a 10x10 ft flat area with power within 50 ft. Outdoor setups must be shaded or covered. Additional setup fees may apply for stairs, restricted access, or distance. Service Time Your booth time begins and ends as scheduled. Extra time may be added if available and billed hourly. Delays caused by venue or client setup cannot extend service time. Travel Free travel is included within 20 miles. Additional mileage or overnight events may include a travel fee. Outdoor & Power If unsafe weather occurs, service may pause or move indoors. Generators are available for rent if power isn’t accessible. Refunds are not issued for weather-related issues. Client Responsibilities Ensure setup space, power, and access are ready. Provide accurate details and contact info. Delays caused by incomplete info may shorten booth time. Media Use By booking, you allow I Love U 360° to use short event clips for marketing unless you opt out in writing. Clients receive full access to all event videos and photos. Liability Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests. I Love U 360° is not liable for injuries, venue restrictions, or power failures. Refunds & Credits Deposits are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to equipment or safety issues, you’ll receive a refund or reschedule credit. Agreement By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
